Ball pein hammer: A hammer used specifically in engineering which has one round ball end and one flat face end.

 



Bend radius: The bend radius is the minimum radius (measured to the inside curve) that a pipe or sheet metal can be bent without damaging or fracturing it.

 



Bevelled weld: Beveled weld refers to the beveled edges of the joint to be welded. 'Beveled' means cut at an angle.

 



Brake press: A brake press is a machine that forms straight line bends in sheetmetal and plate. Also called a press brake.

 



Branch pipes: Branch pipes are pipes which come off a main pipe (at any given angle).

 



Butt weld: Butt weld refers to the welded joint of two plates which generally align at 180° (abut).
